The Foundational Mentorship Program
About the program
The Foundational Mentorship Program is the entry-level tier of the STEM Empowerment Hub’s mentorship ecosystem.
It is designed for high school graduates, first- and second-year university students, and emerging STEM learners who are still exploring their identity, direction, and purpose in STEM.

The 12-week program provides structured guidance, reflective learning, and practical strategies that help participants connect who they are with who they are becoming in STEM. Through guided mentorship and structured learning experiences, mentees develop the vision, mindset, and habits necessary to thrive academically and professionally.

Unlike conventional mentorship programs that focus only on career or academic skills, this program blends personal development, academic strategy, and professional orientation, ensuring participants develop both the technical and soft skills essential for success in STEM.
